Just returned from a wonderful week stay with family and two kids. The location is perfect it's right in the centre so a close walk to restaurants, beaches etc. The accommodation had everything we needed and is well maintained, cleaners and maintenance staff are constantly working. We only had breakfast included which was a lovely buffet style with omelettes made to order, our kids loved the variety and there was something for even the fussiest eater. The kids splashpool is brilliant and not too big. Our 3 year old loved the bigger slide and spent hours constantly going up and down. We are already planning our return next year.

Fantastic resort. Bungalows are spacious for a family with beautiful large bedrooms, a big bathroom, kitchen and sitting area. Each come with a spacious private terrace with table and chairs and sun beds if you wish. Staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Bungalows are cleaned and fresh towels everyday except Sunday which is a real treat. Breakfast amazing too, huge selection to choose from. Second time here and we will definitely be back. Two swimming pools on the resort, one perfect for kids. Location is perfect too, right in the middle of everything 😀

Location is superb - close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Check-in was really smooth and quick. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Bungalows are specious and clean.

Location is perfect. Close to a few beaches in a walking distance. Also close to the nightlight and shops. Compared to other hotels, it had a lot of entertainment at the pools but was not that noisy. Breakfast and Dinner was great. Had a lot of options to choose from so even if I disliked a dish, there was plenty to choose from. All the staff was nice, from the receptionist to the waiters at the restaurant and the cook! Beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the showers great. Recommended!

The rooms are well appointed, modern and very clean. Beds are super comfortable, and I'm pretty sure they are larger singles than what we have in the UK. The animation team were great, huge shout out to Luca, Erica, and Jack. They were so friendly and worked really hard to get everyone involved. Loved the water polo, the water bikes, feench bowls, and the sangria demonstration was fab! The breakfast was really good. Always lots of choice, clean and Staff were super efficient and friendly.

The hotel is composed of different apartments which are fully equipped with all sort of things for cooking, sleeping and showering. The staff is very kind, professional, friendly and attentive. They also suggested us what to visit and helped us to book a car to visit the island. If you love quiet is the perfect place but if you want restaurants, surf schools, supermarkets or clubs you can find everything just outside. I recommend to include the breakfast as the choice of food is very wide and you’ll fall in love with the freshly made omelette! I’ll be staying there if I come back to Tenerife, the island of never ending summer!

Not the first room by the kids pool...very bad children at the table on our patio and using the beds outside our door... very little privacy We were moved to room up steps from adult pool right next to outside sitting area by restaurant It was perfect

- The hotel was just a 5/10 minute walk from the beach. Very near and close to many shops, restaurants, supermarkets. - The personal (the cleaning personal and restaurant and reception) welcomed us and was very friendly. If we had asked, the cleaning personal would’ve made our beds and cleaned every day. The reception offered us a baggage room as well for the last day. They helped us whenever we needed. - The buffet has a vast variety of dishes every day, especially during dinner time sometimes they would concentrate on a specific cuisine (chinese, mexican, italian, etc) - There are multiple pools and enough place to rest outside and sit in the sun
